Q. How long does the tour take?

A. Chelsea FC Stadium Tours last for approximately one hour but access to the Museum is also included in your ticket, so you should allow yourself a two-hour visit onsite. The museum can be enjoyed both before and/or after the tour and includes fantastic green-screen photography moments.

Q. Does a tour guide take me around or is it 'a self-guided' tour?

A. All tours of Chelsea FC are led by an English-speaking tour guide. Our passionate team of guides (many of whom are Chelsea season ticket holders) love welcoming guests from all over the world and ensuring they have an unforgettable, safe and secure experience while at Stamford Bridge.

Q. When I arrive at Stamford Bridge, where do I go to join the tour?

A. You will need to check in at the Tour Ticket Desk, inside the Tour & Museum entrance. This is at the rear of the Stamford Bridge site, adjacent to the Matthew Harding Stand.

Q. Do I have to book the tour in advance?

A. We always recommend pre-booking, mainly to avoid disappointment.

Q. What will I see on the tour?

A. All tours of Chelsea Football Club feature the home dressing rooms, the press room, the players' tunnel, pitchside, managers' dug-outs and various views from the Matthew Harding Stand, the East Stand and the Shed End.

All tours end in the Chelsea Megastore and all tour tickets include access to the Chelsea Museum which can be enjoyed before and/or after the tour. Each guest receives a free Chelsea FC lanyard as a souvenir of their visit.

Please note that Stamford Bridge is a working building and, on very rare occasions, the tour route may be altered as a consequence. All tours are subject to availability, cancellation and alteration at short notice.

Q. What is the difference between the Stadium Tour and other tour types?

A. The Stadium Tour is our most popular and most frequent tour, departing several times a day and lasting one hour. This tour is led by an English-speaking tour guide.

The Classic Tour is a more premium, 90-minute tour that departs once a day and features additional items such as match-worn player shirts, boots and gloves and includes a presentation in the museum focusing on the club's fascinating past, trophy-laden present and glorious future.

The Legends Tour, sees a Chelsea icon from the past take you on a behind-the-scenes experience while telling stories of their time in a blue shirt. These very special tours are perfect for birthday, Christmas or anniversary presents and run once a month; they also include a photograph with a selection of the club’s trophies on arrival.

Q. How many other people will be on the tour group?

A. If you are part of The Stadium Tour and Museum, The Classic Tour and Museum, or The Legends Tour and Museum, there will be up to 40 people on your tour.

Q. Is the tour only in English or are there any other languages?

A. All our tours are conducted in the English language. Tour+ QR Code is available for guests to download on arrival. This provides written descriptions for each stop on the tour in Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese Brazilian, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean and Hebrew.

Q. How do I redeem my Season Ticket discount?

A. To redeem your men's or women's season ticket holder discount, please email tours@chelseafc.com and cite your season ticket holder number and a date/time you would like to visit Stamford Bridge.

Q. I have placed an online booking but I have not received confirmation / e-ticket.

A. On completion of the booking, you will be sent an e-ticket e-mail confirmation automatically. Occasionally due to technical difficulties, or browser settings, the booking may fail. In this instance please email tours@chelseafc.com - please check your 'Junk Folder' before contacting us.

Q. Is parking available?

A. Yes, parking is available, although it is chargeable. Parking may be limited on the days surrounding a home fixture. Satellite navigation address is SW6 1HS.

Q. Will we see any of the players?

A. It is possible but very unlikely. The players only tend to be at the stadium on a matchday as they spend the majority of their time at our state-of-the-art training complex in Cobham.

Q. Does the tour include the Museum?

A. Yes. All tour bookings are inclusive of the museum. Museum tickets can also be bought separately without a tour. Tickets are priced at £17 per adult, £15 per concession and £14 per child.

Q. I have a London Pass – can I book in advance?

A. Unfortunately not but as long as you arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of your chosen tour time, you will have no problem getting a space.

Q. Do you take Group Bookings?

A. We can cater for large groups of visitors. Our team of highly trained tour guides can provide entertaining yet informative tours to groups of all ages and nationalities. Please fill out our group booking form on our website or email us at tours@chelseafc.com for further details.

Q. Is there anywhere to leave luggage or bags?

A. Sadly not. Due to the high level of security that we operate at Chelsea Football Club we are not in a position to look after any luggage.

Q. Is there anywhere for us to eat in the Stadium?

A. We have a restaurant onsite that is available to customers - Frankie's. For more information, please visit frankiessportsbar.com

Q. Are Stadium Tour tickets transferable?

A. Tours are always transferable, but notice must be given prior to your original tour time. Please be aware we operate a strict no-refund policy and will only issue a refund if the tour is changed or cancelled by ourselves.

Q. I am disabled, will I be able to go on a Stadium Tour at Stamford Bridge?

A. Yes. At Chelsea Football Club we pride ourselves on welcoming people of all different backgrounds and ability. If you require wheelchair access, please inform us in advance, by calling 0371 811 1955 or email tours@chelseafc.com so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Q. I would prefer to take the tour when it is a little quieter. When is the tour at its busiest?

A. Our peak periods are in the summer (June – August) and school holidays throughout the year (e.g. Christmas, Easter Holidays and half-terms). The tour is at its quietest during midweeks from September to March before 11am and after 2pm.

Q. Am I able to take young children on the tour?

A. Yes. Young children are always welcome but we would not recommend taking a buggy on tour due to the number of stairs on the route.

Q. How do I get to Chelsea?

Address: Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, London, SW6 1HS

Stamford Bridge is the most central of the London grounds and is easily accessible by tube (Fulham Broadway on the District Line), by bus (14, 211, 414), and via West Brompton train station.

By Car from the North, East or West:

Use the M25 to take you round to Junction 15 and turn off onto the M4 towards London, follow the M4 which becomes the A4 up to Hammersmith. Stay on it over the Hammersmith Flyover and for a further 1.5 miles before turning off for Earl's Court. Go past Earl's Court Station and down the one-way system until you hit Fulham Road, turn right at the traffic lights. Go straight on for 600 yards and the ground is on your right. Parking is difficult very close to the ground so you may want to look a bit further away.

By Car from the South:

Head for Wandsworth Bridge to cross the river. If using Wandsworth Bridge, cross the river and head straight up Wandsworth Bridge Road. At the junction with New King's Road, turn right and then immediately left. This will take you up to Fulham Broadway, turn right onto Fulham Road and the ground is 400 yards on your left. Parking is difficult very close to the ground so you may want to look a bit further away.

By Train:

The nearest tube station is Fulham Broadway on the District Line. Take the tube to Earl's Court and change for Wimbledon-bound tubes.

Q. Are student tickets available?

A. Yes, students may purchase a concession ticket for the tour. On arrival, you will need to present a student ID or other supportive document.

Please note this is available for both domestic and international students.
